As part of the expansion of its network and activity, FIRST INVESTMENT BANK - ALBANIA SHA announces the following vacancy:

 

  1. Position: Branch Manager –   1 vacant position (Tirane)  

 

General definition of position: The position of branch manager has the purpose of establishing the dignity and professionalism of Fibank in the community of the area, including individuals, businesses and state institutions. The main responsibility is to build and maintain the relationships with these groups. The branch manager must monitor and be informed of all developments in the area. To be able to coordinate the staff to reach the common objectives and to contribute to the entire branch network with ideas and suggestions for improving of processes and increasing the efficiency. The selected candidate must have a high standard of professionalism and work ethics.

Competencies/Abilities:

  • Degree in Finance/Economics or any other related fields;
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the banking sector at management levels;
  • Personal leadership skills;
  • Very good knowledge of the English language;
  • Good communication, presentation, coordination and persuasive skills;
  • Good knowledge in the use of the computer;
  • Deep knowledge of the banking sector;
