First Investment Bank – Albania, a rapidly growing commercial bank, is looking to hire a qualified individual for the position of:

Legal Specialist (Lawyer) in Legal Department

Job Description:

Legal Specialist is responsible for:

• Review and preparation of contracts.
• Legal risk analysis.
• Preparation of legal ppinions.
• Representation in court and protection of the Bank's interests.
• Follow up of legal and bailiff proceedings against debtors.

Competencies / Skills:

• Have full capacity to act,
• To have completed higher education in Legal Sciences, professional master;
• Preferably with work experience in Banks, lawyers, institutions operating in the field of commercial or property law;
• Be committed and communicative about the implementation of tasks;
• Good computer knowledge;
• Very good knowledge of English;
• Not have been convicted of a criminal offense;
