Në këtë aktivitet përfshihen:</p><ul><li>Hapja e llogarisë së klientit për Letrat me Vlere te Qeverise Shqiptare në Regjistrin FIBank pranë Depozitarit Qendror në Bankën e Shqipërisë;</li><li>Mirëmbajtja dhe ruajtja e Letrave me Vlerë të Qeverisë në emër të klientëve të saj në një mënyrë që në çdo kohë ka dhënë detaje të plota lidhur me pronësinë e letrave me vlerë të qeverisë dhe kufizimet e të drejtave pronësore mbi këto letra;</li><li>Lëshimi i certifikatave të pronësisë;</li><li>Funksione të tjera që lidhen me funksionin e kujdestarit</li><li>Transferimin e kujdestarise nga/te nje banke tjeter kujdestare</li><li>Sigurimi i konfidencialitetit të të dhënave për letrat me vlerë në emër të klientëve të saj, përveç nëse parashikohet ndryshe me dispozitat ligjore në fuqi</li><li>Shërbimet lidhur me blerjen dhe shitjen</li></ul><p>2. <strong>Kujdestar i Obligacioneve te Shoqerive Aksionare dhe te Qeverise Vendore</strong> me Vendimin nr 160 date 23.12.2014 nga Autoriteti i Mbikëqyrjes Financiare. Në këtë aktivitet përfshihen:</p><ul><li>Hapja e llogarisë së klientit për Obligacionet e Shoqerive Aksionare dhe te Qeverise Vendore në Regjistrin FIBank;</li><li>Mirembajtja dhe ruajtja e Obligacioneve te Shoqerive Aksionare dhe te Qeverise Vendore ne regjistrin FIBank;</li><li>Kryerjen e secilit prej transaksioneve me titujt (obligacionet) per llogari te mbajtesit te tyre sipas ligjit dhe/ose kesaj kontratave ne fuqi</li><li>Shërbime të tjera, të lidhura me titujt, si shlyerja e transkasioneve per titujt, kryerja e pagesave nga emetuesi per llogari te shlyerjes se obligacioneve;</li></ul>","text_en":"<h2>Custody services include the following services: opening and safekeeping of accounts for financial instruments, issuing certification documents to financial instrument holders, transferring of financial instruments etc.</h2><p>FIBank is licenced as:</p><h4>1. Custodian of the Government of the Republic of Albania Securities with Decision no. 94 dated 29.09.2010 by the Albanian Financial Supervisory Authority</h4><p>In this activity are included:</p><ul><li>Opening a client’s account for financial instruments in the Fibank register with the Central Depository in Bank of Albania;</li><li>Maintenance and safekeeping of Government Securities on behalf of its clients in a way that at any time to provide full details regarding the ownership of government securities and property rights restrictions on such securities;</li><li>Issuing ownership certificates;</li><li>Other functions related to the Custodian service;</li><li>The transfers of financial instruments from/to the client’s account in the Fibank register with the Central Depository in Bank of Albania to/from the client’s account with another investment intermediary;</li><li>Securing the confidentiality of securities data on behalf of its clients, unless otherwise provided by the legal provisions in force;</li><li>Services related to purchase and sale of securities;</li></ul><h4>2. Custodian of Corporate and Municipality Bonds with Decision No. 160 dated 23.12.2014 by the Albanian Financial Supervisory Authority</h4><p>In this activity are included:</p><ul><li>Opening of client’s account for Corporate and Municipality Bonds in FIBank register</li><li>Maintenance and safekeeping of Corporate and Municipality Bonds in FIBank register;</li><li>Performing of transactions on behalf of the holders in conformity with the law and/or the agreements in force;</li><li>Other services related to securities such as settlement of securities transactions, execution of payments by the issuer for the settlement of bonds;</li></ul>"}]}]}}},"pageContext":{"id":"39","lang":"sq","articleType":"INDIVIDUAL"}},"staticQueryHashes":["1032343682","1744762576","1831965175","1840849026","1840849026","186835523","201563969","3443586609","3895700538","412283128"]}
