LIST OF BANKING TRANSACTIONS THAT WILL BE ALLOWED BY E-BANKING SYSTEM

 

 1.1 Opening Account

With E-banking  the clients are in condition to open account- current account and deposits. In the case of opening an account the client must fill the account type, the branch(agency)?, the deposit type (only the standard accounts  are permitted), the currency.The opening of account  will be proceed in an automatically way and is not neccessary  to be confirmed by the Personal Banker.

 1.2 Cash Transfers

1.2.1   Transfers inside of personal accounts
Those are transfers between personal account of the client, in any currency, including and LEK (ALL).All the transfers proceeded in the same way, in spite of currency. The transfers between the personal accounts proceeded automatically and the result appears online within a short period of time.

1.2.2   Internal Payments
Those are payments proceeded between the clients of the Bank, in any currency, including and LEK (ALL). All the transfers proceeded in the same way, in spite of currency. The transfers between the personal accounts proceeded automatically and the result appears online within a short period of time.
 

1.2.3   Payments out of the Bank
These are payments arising out of the bank-account of beneficiary is in another bank,local or international. All these transfer processed in the same way, in spite of currency.In the central banking system processing through the swift system.  

1.2.4   Preferential routing request
The user have the right to request for a preferential routing for every transaction  that he performs.Every request would be processed by a bank employee. The payment would be executed , only after the request for preferential routing would be approved.

  • Bank payments are those payments made for other accounts within the bank excluding the personal accounts that are registered for use through e-banking. Personal payments which  are not registered for use through e-banking will be considered as payment to other accounts within the bank.
  • External payments are all payments for other banks, both local and foreign.
  • External payments considered the payments through other banks, in the two currencies(local and foreign)
  • Limits are defined in LEK and any payment in another currency will be converted in the course of the day.
  • Limits are valid for any registration, individual or company, it means that companies will have a limit only by the above table regardless of how many users are registered under this company.
  • Admin user of any company can further specify individual limits for each user under the registration of the company. these limits should be lower than the bank's limits.
  • These limits apply only to payments initiated by ebanking. central bank payment system processed independently by these limits and subject to other rules.

 This menu contains documentation that are needed for different types of payments.

1.3.1   Statement on  1.5 mil ALL
Declaration of origin is required fondeve.kjo statement for each transaction, in any currency and any amount that is greater than 1,500,000 ALL.

•Incoming payments in foreign currency

Service “e-banking” is the service in distance, between electronic channels of distribution and communication, of products and services, within permitted activities for second level Banks.

Service “e-banking”, may be used by every client of the Bank, individual, physical person, juristically person, only if come current account  nearby the Bank, under the conditions and rates of Bank, with the materially presentation of the client and the complement of the documentation.

 

REGISTRATION

1- Client would be present  nearby the branch of First Investment Bank to fulfill the application form for the e-banking service and also to sign the contract with the Bank. In these application forms would be defined that the client will use the service of Internet Banking, the type of service that he requests ( full or not), also and the accounts that the clients will use for this service. After that, the client signs the declaration of responsibility of both pairs for this service. This would be proceed in one of FIBANK offices where the client has to present in front of Bank employee the  ID document.
  • The unfulfilled service contains only the draw movements of account of the client and the status of his accounts.
  • The fulfilled service contains the opening of new accounts, draw movements of accounts of the client and the status of his accounts, the execution of transactions within accounts of the client, accounts within the bank and also between the accounts in other banks, exchange including here and the request for preferential course.


2- Client does the registration online and also the generate and the installation of certificate.

  •  A person or a company which is client of FIBANK has to visit the site of FIBANK for Internet Banking.  In the registration menu has to be filled the personal details as username, password, e-mail etc and after to confirm the inserted details. In the site of certificate registration, client has to generate and install the insurance certificate for using the Internet Banking service.
  • A person or a company which is not client of FIBANK has to come nearby Bank offices to be registered as her client (with ID document), after that to visit the site of FIBAK for Internet Banking or to be registered immediately nearby Bank offices. In the registration menu has to be filled the personal details as username, password, e-mail etc and after to confirm the inserted details. In the site of certificate registration, client has to generate and install the insurance certificate for using the Internet Banking service.
3- Personal Banker, after that has signed the application form and also the contract for using the e-banking service , does the confirmation in DATAMAX of client  registration. Personal Banker does the connection of registration with the accounts which client has defined in the application form that  will use for Internet Banking service.
 
4- Personal Banker holds  a copy of application form and the other copy he/she  sends it to the Administrator of Internet Banking.

5- Administrator of  e-banking does the confirmation of generated certificate by the client after he has taken the application form by the Personal Banker. This copy would be saved in the file.

6- After has been the confirmation of registration, the certificate installation and the its confirmation, the client  is prepared to use the Internet Banking service.

PAYMENTS

Payments  types  that would be processed  by Internet Banking service are:


  • Transfers between client accounts. In cases when for the transfers between different foreign currencies is requested preferential course, at that moment is requested  the course confirmation by Treasury Department.
  • Transfers between  different clients accounts of Bank. Even in these cases is requested the confirmation  by  Treasury Department for any preferential course.
  • Transfers between accounts in different  Banks.  In this case is requested the verification and the confirmation by  External Payments Department and Correspondent  Banks.
OFF-LINE PAYMENTS
During the evening and the morning procedures when the system stops, all the transactions stay in pending status. System operator after the system opening  does the unblocking and the authorization of transactions which are pending.

CHANGE OF PASSWORD
  • Client must change by himself the password of his account in e-banking
  • In case of losing the password , with the client request , the administrator of e-banking would do the password change after the request is signed by the client.
TEMPORARY   BLOCKING  OF  USER
With client request must be the temporary blocking of user by the Help desk part.
CLEARING OF ACCOUNTS
With the client  request after he has signed the necessary document, starts the clearing of accounts that he will not use for this reason, by e-banking service.


EXIT FROM  SYSTEM
  • After  finished using  of e-banking service, client must always to exit from the site of e-banking service  and never to allow near  his computer unauthorized persons during he uses e-banking service.
  • In cases that internet is detached  or has any other problem with internet , the exit from e-banking site is automatically. In case that the client is in e-banking site but for 15 minutes he is not working on it, the Bank, as security measure will detach you automatically and will ask the client to enter again.

Notes:
 
    1.         For interbank transfers in foreign currency the client shall pay additional SWIFT fee, as defined in Terms and Conditions of FiBank Albania
    2.For interbank transfers in local currency an additional fixed fee is applied for transfers (AIPS or AECH) done with the same day value date as per the client request.
