Fibank rewards its clients !

On 8 January 2010 First Investment Bank organized a lottery for its clients rewarding the ones who had more debit or credit card transactions via internet and POS-e during October-December 2009.
 
The first prize was 300 Euros and the second 150 Euros. The objective of the lottery was to increase the use of credit and debit cards and to strengthen the customer relationship. Our mission is to offer a high quality service and to be closer to our clients, stated Adelina Shella, Director of Cards Departments.

The winners were:

         a. First prize: Mr.Rubin Sevrani          b. Second prize: Mr.Manol Simo          c. Third prize: Mr.Sokol Hoxha

The winners expressed their satisfaction with the prizes and appreciated the dedication of the Fibank personnel and the service quality. Fibank continuously monitors the market trends, consumer behavior and its client needs in order to be the first in launching new products and high quality service.
